al fin. de vacaciones. estoy en el paraiso. me encanta brasil. amo estar en patas todo el día. nada mejor que necesitar poco. puro verde y mucho color. la rosa es inigualable. encima hay poca gente, y a la poca que hay no le importa mucho que estás o no haciendo. ideal para desconectar y disfrutar un poco de mi familia e intentar surfear un poco o al menos estar arriba de la tabla mirando el atardecer en el morro.


hablando un poco de surf les traigo unos diseños que hice hace mucho (todavía estoy buscando alguna marca que me las quiera producir) y de paso un poco de música mais playera.

at last. im on holidays. I'm in paradise. I love Brazil. I love being on my feet all day. i love needing little. brazil is pure green, lots of flowers and lots of color. la rosa is unique. there are a few people here, and they really dont care much about what you are or not doing. ideal to relax, spend some time with my family and try to surf a little or at least sit above the surfboard watching the sunset.

talking about surfing im bringing to you some of my surfboards designs I did recently (I'm still looking for a brand who wants to produce them!!!) and some music, as always, with a beach sound.

yukari terakado es una ilustradora japonesa, sus dibujos están hechos con acrílicos y lápices de colores. Son basados en fotografías e ilustraciones de la moda y están mayormente diseñados para tapas de cds y revistas. La serie que más me gusta es la del 2009 lejos, me encanta cuando reemplaza la tinta negra por la azul y ni hablar si la mezcla con el rojo, fuxia o amarillo, esta colección tiene una reminiscencia de los sesenta/setenta que me fascina.  disfruten su trabajo es un placer!!!


yukari terakado is an incredible japanese illustrator. her artworks are made with acrylic and colored pencils and are mainly for cd covers and magazines based on photographs y and fashion illustrations. love 2009 collection, I like when black ink is replaced by the blue and even more if it mixes with red, fuchsia, or yellow. this collection is reminiscent of the sixties / seventies and fascinates me .feast your eyes with her stunning work!!!

Louise Gray is a scotish Fashion Designer who studied at The Glasgow School of Art in textile design and Central Saint Martins, where she completed her MA. She is an expert putting multiple prints, pattern, colour and collage together to make something oddly wearable.

Nunca antes había oído escuchar acerca de Page Magazine. De casualidad la encontré bloggeando y me encantó el diseño, los artistas que promueve y el uso de la tipografía. Al parecer fue diseñada por una agencia Mexicana, Face.

I’ve never heard Page Magazine before, but I stumbled upon on it blogging and I was surprised by its wonderful design, the variety of excellent artists they promote and its type desing. The magazine seems to be designed by Mexican agency, Face.

stellar es un proyecto de ignacio torres. está basado en la teoría que cree que los seres humanos estamos hechos de materia cósmica, como resultado de la muerte de las estrellas. supuestamente las imágenes muestran el nacimiento a partir del uso de polvo estelar simulando galaxias. el efecto 3d del gif animado con movieminto sirve como una metáfora visual de la relación espacial que compartimos con las estrellas, así como su separación a través del tiempo. 


stellar is a project created by ignacio torres that began from the theory that humans are made of cosmic matter as a result of a stars death. images showcase this cosmic birth through the use of dust and reflective confetti to create galaxies. the models organic bodily expressions as they are frozen in time between the particles suggest their celestial creation. in addition, space and time is heightened by the use of three-dimensional animated gifs. their movement serves as a visual metaphor to the spatial link we share with stars as well as their separateness through time.
